'Aura'

'Aura' is a warm song, it's nothing like anything I've written before. It's one of a kind and different. With that difference I work even longer on it. Everything must be right before release. As I've said in the past, the music must first touch me before it touches others. I think I'm confident enough with this. Unlike Oracle, 'Aura' takes you to another part of sound. This album 'The Scheme of Things' is moving further down the rabbit hole of "Thought Patterns in 'Documentary' Form" While Documentaries was released in 2013, then -ATD- (2014) 'The Scheme of Things' is simply continuing on in the mode of Documentaries. The abstract ideas and emotional balance between both albums may appear similar but that's only because this realm was never entirely explored. The sudden jump to -ATD- after a good many live shows played over the Internet in 2013 allowed me to choose what I felt most beneficial to its sound. -ATD- was something altogether different. Now 'The Scheme of Things' is full of emotion once again just like Documentaries. This album hits on feelings that I have wanted to come out since its release. It's a summer album, entirely so, it's warm sounding. The goal is to release it in the summer. Goals are important to keep us going and keep us busy. This is a special album to me, more so than -ATD- ever could be. I believe that some of the songs coming from this album are continuing also in the spirit of Wow-and-Flutter and Tape Head. Perhaps they are distant siblings. the answers will not come until the album has been released to the world.

Working on 'Aura' (new single) and will be released any day now. Most of the time if I'm not too busy I'm devoting time to rest and music. I have deadline for the album but it is too early as I hope to hit this deadline. No promises. 50% of 'The Scheme of Things' is complete.

I'm seeing colors again, bright and true, they're everywhere 'Aura' is coming soon.

I have longed to release my music to CD and even vinyl for years. Thanks to my personal label I can. Planned releases include.

• "Thought Patterns in 'Documentary' Form"

Just to start, tapes may also pop up and including my dream to release -ATD- on it's white label version.

That is starting to look like a real possibility.

New Single: Parashoots

New single to 'The Scheme of Things' I am planning on releasing a Singles: album with Oracle, U-235, A-Test and now Parashoots. This will be official. In 2016 the full album will be released with many more songs.

"The Scheme of Things" is happening. This year has been a lot of ups and downs in terms of music. When the time is allotted then the music is created. Slowly I've been working on the next album. Just as -ATD-  took time, so does this.

And normally the choice of song titles is important and meaningful, along with how many per album, last time about 12 plus bonus tracks. These bits and pieces are slowly coming together to form a finished work.. And something like music shouldn't be rushed, it should be explored throughout to a great degree. There is of course still no release date, too early to decide. But to make you feel just a little more excited a single release could happen to get ready for the final release of the album. Seems the album has become a bit of a mystery, some have been asking about it's arrival, but just like the past, so is the future, and i'm looking forward to releasing some new and different. It's coming, I wait on it's arrival too.
